Some parts impressed, others didn’t

The lovely air-conditioned room offered both armchairs and a sofa which made my stay cozy! Renting a bike for just 5 euros delighted me, allowing easy access to explore the city on quiet roads.

While the location was convenient, I faced challenges finding staff at times, which delayed responses to my needs. Additionally, I found the breakfast area felt cramped, making it difficult to enjoy a leisurely meal during busy hours.

The mountains outside my window were breathtaking. However, the breakfast area felt cramped during busy hours.

Consider utilizing the in-house bicycle rental service for a delightful way to explore the surrounding area, especially since public transport is nearby.

Reception staff availability inconsistent during busy hours!!! Cleaning in certain areas could be improved!!! Confusing check-in procedures left a bit of a sour taste!!! Seriously, a bike lock would not hurt!!!

The hotel had a cozy vibe and was perfectly set up for our family with ample space for my kids and our two dogs. It was conveniently located near public transport, so we could explore Salzburg easily without hassle.

My kids wished there were more activities for them in the hotel.

Comfy and Relaxing Stay

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The room was spacious and cozy, fitting perfectly with the rustic vibe. It was incredibly quiet, allowing us to enjoy peaceful nights, and the air conditioning was a great touch during warm evenings. The staff were always accommodating and helped make our trip memorable.

I stayed in a Comfort Double Room for 4 nights, and it was super cozy with a lovely rustic vibe. The bathroom was spacious, and I really enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from the room. Also, the bed was comfy, which was perfect after a day of exploring. It felt quiet and peaceful, thanks to its location next to a cemetery. The breakfast spread was amazing too!

A couple of decent days

Good location, just a short bus ride to the hustle and bustle. The shower had great water pressure, which you need after a long day.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but acceptable for what you get.

The location is advantageous for parking and is conveniently close to the airport, making it easy to unwind after a long workday. The staff, particularly Corinne, Stefan, and Eftahlia, provided exceptional service, greatly enhancing my stay and prompting me to extend it.
